By entering a Competition on these websites, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
1. These rules ('Rules') apply to competitions included on the www.chickendinner.co.uk and www.popbet.com websites ('Competition') , unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering a Competition on these websites, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
2. The Competition is organised by Grand Parade Ltd of 36 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DP
3. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of Grand Parade Ltd shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
4. This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Grand Parade Ltd, The Genie Group or any person directly or indirectly involved with the running of the competition, or their direct family members.
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person.
6. If you are under the age of 16, you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before entering.
7. Grand Parade Ltd does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to the Internet. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
8. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
9. In the event that any entrant is disqualified from the Competition, Grand Parade Ltd in its sole discretion may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Rules.
10. Grand Parade Ltd reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
11. Competition entries must be made in the manner and by the closing date specified on the Competition Notice. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
12. There is no purchase requirement to enter a Competition and there is no charge to register for use of the www.chickendinner.co.uk or popbet.com websites.
13. The prizewinners for Real: The Movie will be randomly drawn from all qualifying entries within 28 days of the closing date DECEMBER 24 2007. Only the winners will be contacted personally. A valid email must be given in mandatory information above otherwise the prize will not be awarded.
14. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternatives. Grand Parade Ltd reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
15. If more than one prize is awarded only one prize per entrant will be awarded. Competition winner(s)' names may be published on the chickendinner website or you can write to Competition Prize Winners, Grand Parade Ltd, 36 Eastcastle Street, London W1W 8DP naming the specific competition including a self-addressed stamped envelope for a list of winners.
Liability
16. Grand Parade Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize.

17. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent.
Jurisdiction
18. The Competition and the terms and conditions of this agreement will be governed by English law.
